Lights, Camera, INACTION!!!

It is THAT time again . . . time to channel in my inner-DIVA and SHINE! Yes, it is Christmas Card time and this year I wanna take the best possible picture. Last year's was okay but not really my BEST.

I am looking for ideas on locales that would accentuate my FAWN color and PETITE stature without overwhelming my CUTENESS. Can't do the park since they do not allow DOGS. As if a PUG is a DOG!!!

My humans (Mommys and Aunties and Cousins) need to be in the picture too (Why? So I can SHOW THEM UP???) so I need to find a spot compatible to the human physique as well.

A studio shot is out of the question because it is so STAID and costly. I am thinking someplace by the water may work.

Are any of you taking interesting card shots?

Oh, Noodles, I can't even bring myself to tell you about all the poses my mom has been putting me through this week! It's been pure torture! How about a group shot in front of the Christmas tree? Done before, but always nice.
Love,
Payton

@Payton - last year they (the humans) took a picture in front of the tree at DISNEYLAND!!! Without me! I am aiming for something a little more pug-friendly this year. With Mommy #2 working so much this time of year (her second job is retail) it is hard to schedule something.

I've had a couple photoshoots on the couch. Mum had placed a white cloth (bedsheet over it and put some props around me.
If you had a nice Christmasy cloth (cranberry red, etc) you could pin it up on a wall and the family could either sit on furniture in front of it, or even post themselves on the floor in their Christmas finest. Make sure the room is well lit so you don't have to use a flash - this will allow your beautiful brown eyes to shine.
I know Mommy #2 is busy, but I bet Mommy #1 could find/make some very pretty Christmas for the picture - stockings, garland.
Have fun, and can't wait to see the results.
Licks,
Sabrina

Man... was that an adventure for MY family. I was not happy they wanted to be in my shot. What's a handsome guy to do?

I say take your wonderful idea of a water shot one step further. Have your humans wade in behind with you on the shore further cementing your rightful place in the picture (and life!). Besides, imagine how uncomfortable they'd be; fitting for what they put you through with these pictures! Hee Hee

Glad to see you back after the Holidays, Noodles. I haven't had to do any photos yet - I'm keeping my muzzle zipped in hopes that perhaps Mom and Dad forget this year.

I think you should do one of your famous Noodles Mashup Photos - y'know where you cut n' paste a bunch of stuff together. If you do that you could have it set ANYWHERE - like even the moon or something.

Sid.

How about waiting until Santa Paw puts his little OUT HOUSE thingy up in front of K-Mart.. you can go in THERE as a GROUP and get your picture made with the Jolly Old SHelf in the furs.

Poor Noodles, still have the photo shoot thingy left to do....
We have a red couch, so it always works for holiday photos! Will you wear pink for Christmas?

Drools and licks,

We went to see Santa the other day but mama doesn't like the picture so it looks like we will be doing photos by the tree this weekend.
We are NOT looking forward to that. Pug Hugs ~ Zoe, Peyton, Webster and Liberty

Hi Noodles :) I have the same problem - good location, another problem is to take a good picture of 3 pugs, which are doing anything but posing :) I hope I'll get what I want over the weekend :) and I wish you the same, have a nice weekend :) love Misiober

Interesting pics? Yes, I would call them interesting... Mom bought us these horrible outfits as if the picture isn't bad enough. Ugh. We are going to this little gazebo thing in our neighborhood.

Mom says she is not about to tackle me for a card shot. I refuse to sit still long enough for pictures. I simply don't have time, there is just too much around me that I need to take care of. I agree that you must keep them in their place, the Pug must shine above all!
