Pet Peeved

Now why'd she go and do that? I was laying in my crate, SNOOZING and minding my own business when Mommy #2 says
"Hey Noodles, Come with me!"
That usually means Bye Bye. So I trotted happily out of my crate and followed Mommy. I could have SWORN I heard something about a TREAT, as well. OH!!!! SCORE!!!!!
Mommy was walking onward - OUT of the kitchen.
"Uh, Mommy! The treats are over THERE in the kitchen. . .!"
But I kept following Mommy, she was humming and CALLING my name sweetly.
The TREATS are probably upstairs, I thought.
Down the HALL we continued - past E's room, T's room, B's room, on and on.
Suddenly I heard an unmistakable sound, like WATER tumbling down.
"No! NO! Not that!!!!"
I tried to bolt; but to no avail. Mommy reached down so quickly. And she had me in her VISElike grip and she was not letting GO!
I was DUPED and trapped -
in the
BATH!!!!

    oh noodles.... just thinks how clean you are now. I sure hope that a treat followed that bath, it better have I mean you had to endure that tub so a treat is most deserving.

    Oh Noodles, you poor thing. What a dirty trick. You do look awfully cute though, and that counts for something. I have a feeling one of those darn baths is in my near future. Something about a stinky pug butt. Really?!

    Lily wants to know SHE took a bath too last night... even though she JUST had one on New Year's Day! What is with humans wanting us to smell nice???

    ARgghhhhh! Had ours this weekend too. AND I had to get my butt squeezed at Petsmart right before. Oh the shame. The humans must be punished! And to think she just lied right to your face about the whole treat thing.
