I GOT A JOB!!!!!

The other day (a few other days ago, really) Mommy #2 called me and Molly into the kitchen for breakfast. Breakfast is one of my FAVORITE times of day - second only to dinner. So I dashed as fast as my little puggy feet would take me - outta the room, down the stairs, through the foyer, down the little stairs (oops, too far), back up the little stairs and into the kitchen.

This is my food bear. It is bigger than it looks.
It is a repurposed cookie container.
Mommy had filled my bowl, and Molly's too; but this is what I saw immediately upon entering the best room in the house. . . an EMPTY FOOD BEAR!!!! Oh no! I looked at it, looked at Mommy, and looked back at it. How could we be OUTTA food????

Don't panic, Mommy said. We have a surprise arriving today.

It was an agonizingly SLOW day and it took forever until I heard the FedEx truck rumble to a stop in front of our house.
The kindly delivery person carried the box to the door and rang the door bell. Quick-like-a-bunny I ran to ANSWER the door and find out what that CAR SIZED box could be.

Mommy had to help me carry it into the house and I immediately saw that it was from CHEWY.COM, my favorite online pet supply house. You all know how awesome Chewy.com is. . . I don't need to tell you! You saw the picture of the HUGE GIGANTIC ENORMOUS box in yesterday's post. This is what was in that big box.

Oh look MOLLY, this is a new DOG BED! Ummmmm, Mommy? I don't mean to go all "Princess and the Pea" on you, but it isn't an overly comfortable bed . . . it's kinda lumpy, but I do like the smell and it fits ME just right, I said.

Noodles, Noodles, Mommy said with a giggle. This is NOT a BED. It is a HUGE BAG of Nature's Variety INSTINCT RAW BOOST food!

This is YOUR NEW JOB! For the next month, you and Molly will be testing this food for Ms. Sydney at Chewy.com. She wants to know
  1. Do you like it [duh]
  2. Does it likes you
  3. Does it help your weight
  4. Does it improve your already lovely fur
  5. Does it affect your overall health
  6. And if you would recommend it to other PUP 'RENTS
Do you think you can do it? She asked me, half seriously.

Mommy, for Ms. Sydney and Chewy.com I would do almost anything AS LONG as I can give my HONEST opinion without it being scripted or overly influenced by Miss Picky Eater, Molly. It is MY JOB to be forthright with my readers and I take it very very seriously. Let me HAVE AT IT, I said. I am ready to begin testing the Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost RIGHT NOW!

Lucky for you, Noodles, it is DINNER TIME, said Mommy. Let me just do one thing first.

The light bits are freeze dried meat and the small
dark pieces are luscious kibble. I am testing
lamb and salmon.

Oh Noodles! we think you will like that new food. Greta ate their Limited Ingredient food and did so well on it that mom had Bailey & Hazel eating the same brand but had more stuff in it (but not the raw boost). Mom has been trying a different food but has decided to go back to Natures Variety Instinct. An added plus - small compact poops!
We will be interested to here how you like it
hugs

Congrats on the new job, Noodles. You sound perfectly suited for the task. :) And you just came up with an AMAZING IDEA - a bed filled with kibble! OMP, we'd never have to leave our beds to get fed! And what dog wouldn't like a bed that smelled like food?!

-Love,
Sid.
