The Food Does WHAT?

I have always had pretty good FUR. It is three coats of beautiful FAWN coloring highlighted with some black down my spine. I like my fur. As a rule, it is nice to the touch and lovely to look at.

Then I tried Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost lamb and salmon flavor. You would NOT believe it. My FUR is BETTER than EVER!!! Seriously!

Before we tried the food

It is now

  • Shinier than ever before
  • Softer than ever before
  • Fuller than ever before
  • Has PEOPLE saying OOOH and AHHHH a lot when they see me
Seriously - all from the quality ingredients in the Food! Check out what this food contains - and NOTICE the EMPHASIS on FOOD . . .

71% Pure animal ingredients and nutritious oils
29% Vegetables, fruits, and other wholesome ingredients
0% Grain or gluten

What about THAT!!! Oh. You want Specifics - well, I have that TOO:

Lamb, Salmon Meal, White Fish Meal (Pacific Whiting, Pacific Sole, Pacific Rockfish), Canola Oil (preserved with Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid), Tapioca, Lamb Meal, Peas, Menhaden Fish Meal, Tomato Pomace, Freeze Dried Lamb, Suncured Alfalfa Meal, Chickpeas, Montmorillonite Clay, Natural Flavor, Potassium Chloride, Carrots, Salt, Apples, Freeze Dried Lamb Liver, Freeze Dried Lamb Kidney, Pumpkinseeds, Cranberries, Vitamins (Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Niacin Supplement, L-Ascorbyl-2-Polyphosphate, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Riboflavin Supplement, Folic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin B12 Supplement), Choline Chloride, Butternut Squash, Minerals (Zinc Proteinate, Iron Proteinate, Copper Proteinate, Manganese Proteinate, Ethylenediamine Dihydriodide, Sodium Selenite), Ground Flaxseed, Dried Kelp, Broccoli, Dried Bacillus coagulans Fermentation Product, Rosemary Extract, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salmon Oil, Dried Chicory Root, Blueberries

BOOM!!!! Them is some serious EATABLES!!!!

What does it all mean? The high protein foods build strong bones and teeth. They give us energy and keep us healthy. Dogs NEED high protein diets to thrive. The Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids sound like they might be bad BUT THEY AREN'T! These are the ingredients that are making my fur so luxurious and my skin so supple. They do all kinds of other good things like keep my digestive track in line. Toss in some probiotics, fiber and enzymes and you have a tasty ALL BODY power machine.

But back to my COAT of FUR. . . According the Cesar Millan, a dog's OR PUG'S fur can tell you a lot about the health and well being of the dog. A dull and dry coat might mean not enough GOOD nutrition. And since Instinct is high protein and fur is largely made of protein, well, it is a win win for me.

So let me sum up. . .  Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost formula dog food is high in PROTEIN, high in OMEGA 3 and OMEGA 6 fatty acids, and DEVOID of un-needed grains and glutens. It tastes like HEAVEN in a BOWL with the freeze-dried meat bits (Mommy calls it candy because we beg for it) and rich tasting crunchy kibble. It makes me energtic, makes me feel full (for a PUG), and makes my skin feel good. Picky-eater Molly actually eats Instinct Raw Boost without additives and without hours of begging and pleading by Mommy for her to e-a-t. AND it makes my FUR softer than SILK and Molly's hair-stuff feel like a soft CLOUD. We look GOOD and we feel GOOD.

My one complaint. . . . I can't keep the CAT away from my dish.

I think she is PLOTTING to steal my Instinct

*All of the opinions and observations expressed in this post are mine, Molly's and Mommy's ONLY. No one fed (haha) us information or gave us the answers. We worked HARD by continually eating this food (Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost) for a zillion days (1 month) to evaluate its affect on us and our health. In return for our very honest and candid review, we received a bag of NVIRB to use in our TRIAL.
