Warm Wishes
I am wishing for some warmer weather. Not too much. . . but some as it has been toooooooo cold lately. I went outside to do my BIDNESS this am and the grass was CRUNCHY! It was crunchy yesterday and the day before and the day before. This is not right. We live in an area where the mean temperature is 70 degrees (Fahrenheit) year round! That means WINTER does not get to freezing. Winter does not get to 40 that much. Heck!!!! Winter should hoover in the 50s if you ask me.
I don't think it would be so bad except my mommys were too busy all weekend to spend much time cuddling and so I felt colder than I otherwise would have.
Lessee. . . Oh yeah, my Aunt B (not to be confused with AWESOME Auntie B . . . although Aunt B is awesome in her way, too) took all of MY Christmas cards into her work last week. I got a lot, you see. . . almost double what any ONE person in the rest of the household received . . . and they were almost all of adorable PUGS. A couple were pug mixes and some other FURiends. But all were ADORABLE. So Aunt B took the pile to work so everyone she works with could see them. They LOVED them!!! Some got good gut-giggles from them. You know how funny PUGS can be sometimes. Most thought they were adorable to the NTH degree.
So thanks eFURRYone who sent me WARM WISHES in a Christmas card. They made my day AT THE TIME and here we are, 3 weeks later, and they are still making people happy.

My mom hated to put my cards away cos she so enjoyed showing them off to her family and friend. It is 5 above at our house today.

Our cards are totally, they live all year in a bowl on our shelf so we can take them out and look at them if we want :)
It should be really cold here be its 50 today, it feels like spring. Weird.

Our cards are still up!! Mom doesn't want to put them away. I think we need to move to where you are, we are soooo tired of this extreme cold. No end in sight yet, ugh!

Our low here in Phoenix,Valley of The Sun, Arizona has been at freezing 3 mornings in a row!! Poor ole daddy almost slipped on some 4am ice while walking Hootie. hmmmm. We only got a few cards this year, but mom was a lazy bum and didn't mail many.
Sorry for posting about Dress Up Your Pet Day...Hoping you don't have to struggle into tiny baby clothes. Weren't you the "bubble costume" for our MM2012 contest?? That was adorable!!

I know what you mean about the cold, Noodles. Mum and I live in Tucson and it is usually about 40+ this time of year, but we have been having what they are referring to as a "Deep Freeze" (about 25 in the early early am when mum usually takes me out). It has only been getting up to the upper 40's during the day -- and cos mum is in a wheelchair, she really has to bundle up. It takes her forever and I stand and bark while she does it (btw, I weigh about 75 lbs!!!!)

Could not agree more on the wish for warm weather! And I still haven't taken down all the Christmas decorations so the cards are still up, which is a good thing.
Love,
