Hugs and Kisses Day - In memory of Benny

More Hugs

Friday Fun

You know what FRIDAY is?

DOG PARK DAY!!!

For some reason, every Friday we find ourselves at the dog park near us.

There is no organized meet-up. . . in fact the same dogs are seldom there the second time..

And yet, Friday comes around and we hear "Wanna go to the Dog Park?"

As if I would ever say NO.

Spending my NON-DOG-PARK hours pouring . . . haha. . . I mean poring. . . through pictures of me and my mommys hugging. I gotta honor my Dear Benny. Click Benny's name and check it out for yourselves. I could never never never forget Benny. He made me smile and he made me think. The Rainbow Bridge gained a shining star and Blogville dimmed a little when he crossed over.

And don't don't forget to honor one of the Rainbow Bridge's newest Angels, Jazzi. I am trotting down to Casa Vicky right now for my tasty TACOS.

Ole EveryPUGGY!!!

My BFF

People let me tell you 'bout my BFF Food,

It's some TASTY fishy food that I'm lovin' cuz it's GOOD.

People let me tell you bout my BFF food,

It's smelly and nutritious, lick my mouth, my nose, my tooth.

People let me tell you 'bout IT it's so YUM YUM

Whether I'm eating in the dark or whether I'm eating in the SUN.

Cause it's my Best Friends FOOD.

Yeah it's my Best Feline Friend.

(sCAT finish).

Chewy.com asked me to review some KITTY FOOD they are selling on their site chewy.com. Well when it comes to ANYTHING from them I am the first to RAISE MY PAW sky high. And HOO BOY am I glad I did. This has to be some of the BEST kitty food I have ever eaten - and I have eaten a lot in my 11 years.

I chose BFF because I liked the name. BUT before making my final decision, I checked out who makes the stuff and WHY THEY THINK I WOULD LIKE IT. So I jumped onto the INTERNET and surfed to www.bestfriendsfood.com. The food is made in facilities which also manufacture human food so it is held to a higher standard of cleanliness and quality than many animal food plants. The company is located in MA (I looked that up - it stands for Massachusetts, a state here in the USA). The main ingredient in their food include skipjack or bonito tunas which are wild caught. Some other eatables are boneless skinless chicken breast, duck, lamb, salmon, shrimp and pumpkin. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! That is making my MOUTH WATER!

We got the Luv Ya Tuna and Lamb* pouches which I  INDEED LOVE. Ahhhh the scent when the pouches are opened!!! Heavenly! Ms K, Noodles's mom #2, wasn't too keen on the pouch because it was hard to get every last drop out. Also, if she just served me some (as a kibble topper) it was not so easy to seal and store the pouch (Uh, BFF people. . . maybe look into a zip lock like thingy for it). BUT I don't pay attention to her when it comes to food. I am all about the KITTY PLEASURE and BFF really pleased me. A LOT!!!!

Here are some other things I like about the BFF KITTY foods in general -

• High quality protein
• limited carbohydrates
• Grain Free, Low Fat recipes
• High Moisture

Finally, the company behind the BFF foods (WeRuVA) is a firm supporter of animal rescue and adoption (the name is derived from the owners' rescue cats Webster, Rudi and Vanessa). THAT tells me they are a company to LOVE LOVE LOVE.

Chewy.com carries a whole line of BFF foods both pouches and cans. Check them out . . . TRY them out AND you too will be singing the BFF ditty above.

We received sample products from Chewy.com to try out. All opinions and lyrics in this review are OUR OWN.

Did Someone Say Wordless Wednesday and a Blog Hop?

Labor Day REALLY Meant Labor Day

My Mommys worked all weekend. . . all LONG weekend. Mommy #1 had homework, homework, homework. That is what happens when you are in High School.

Mommy #2 had to drive into the office - which is 300000007 miles away and work. Some big project at her company and the BOSS MAN called for all-hands-on-deck. So Mommy, being the trooper that she is, cancelled all of her relaxation plans and went to work.

She was home at night so theoretically we could cuddle then. . . and we WOULD have if the day-to-day chores that get put off until the weekend did not HAVE to be done. So there we were in the evenings, doing laundry, making dinner and cleaning up.

I think I need a new HOLIDAY.

THE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LABOR day.

Happy Labor Day a Grillin'

HAPPY LABOR DAY EVERYPUGGY!!!
