Our Weather Lady - who happens to be a PUG mom - alerted us all to the upward trend in Bay Area temperatures over the next TWO WEEKS! Yes, we could see temperatures UPWARDS of 100 degrees (f). OMP! Those are just NOT friendly puggy temps, I tell you.
It looks like it is time to
1. CRANK up the AC
2. FILL up the pool
3. STAY indoors where it is cooler
4. KEEP hydrated with plenty of WATER
This drought is not showing signs of letting up, either. The hot weather means drier hills (THANK GOOD NESS for the rain we had a couple of weeks ago as the grass on the hillsides is still a little green) and more fire danger. And all about 2 months too early. We are normally BLESSED with mild Spring weather - temps in the 70s. Not this year. It is defying all logic and historical records.
If this isn't global warming - then WHAT IS IT??????

We always think about you guys whenever we hear about fires in California and pray that all our friends are safe and sound. Love the sun glasses, drink lemonade and relax by the pool.

Yes Chewy packages everything very well. The hole in the bag was little, about the size of a pencil, and the bag was dirty, it made Mom uncomfortable. Chewy was super nice, they said they had been moving things in their warehouse and tried to get everything cleaned up but the bag must have slipped by. They sent a new bag right away
We hear you loud and clear. We are about 15 degrees above normal for us. We went from sweaters to sweating in less than a month. No time to get acclimated. And it's snowing in the Rockies!
We hope your summer is cooler and wetter than normal. Or that you get to stay cool at leas.t
We had 87 degrees a couple of days ago and it was HOT! Have fun keeping cool.

Yikes! But I don't think the people in Collyrado who just got buried in a snowstorm think it's global warming. I think Mother Nature just likes to tease us! Luckily, we got some rain here, and it's supposed to be temperatures in the low 80s for a few days. What a grreat break!
